Muffin Cup 'Bento' Snack

I made a quick snack for Luke and I the other night and I have to post it because it made me smile just by looking at it. One of my favourite things about bento is the colours!  I always try to use fresh colourful foods but making bento gives me an easy excuse to add even more colour by adding various embelishments. The silicon muffin cups below are a great example of functional fun.
